When your foot slides inside the shoe, you lose a little stability every time you plant, push off or change direction. Aero Grip Socks are built to reduce that internal movement, giving your foot a more secure platform inside spikes or rubbers.

They make particular sense for fast bowlers, active fielders and batters who spend long periods on their feet. Better contact between sock and shoe can help limit the rubbing that contributes to blisters, while giving the ankle and midfoot a more supported feel through repeated accelerations, stops and changes of direction.

Aero combines a performance fabric blend with a cushioned foot, elasticated ankle and built-in arch support. The added mechanical friction helps reduce intra-shoe slipping, so the foot is less likely to move around independently of the shoe when you hit the crease, push off for a quick single or plant to change direction in the field. A flat toe seam removes a common pressure point at the front of close-fitting cricket footwear, while the cushioned sole helps take some of the repeated load of a full day on turf or artificial wickets.
