This is Aero's elite-level chest guard for serious cricketers facing genuine pace. It gives you substantial protection across the chest and ribs while staying light and close enough to the body that it doesn't interfere with your trigger movement, backlift or rotation through the shot.

The P1 uses a triple-layer EVA foam construction to absorb and disperse the force of an impact, with segmented protective panels allowing the guard to flex around the torso rather than behaving like one rigid plate. The V2 adds greater protection through the heart area compared with the original P1, while Aero's sling-style fitting system holds the protector securely against the body so it doesn't ride up or shift as you run, leave, duck or take on the short ball. Its low-profile, ambidextrous design also means it can sit comfortably underneath a playing shirt without adding unnecessary bulk.
