You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 working days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice.
To return products please either visit your nearest store with a copy of your invoice or email us on info@cricketexpress.co.nz and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
