Triple-layer knee protection gives the GM Rival 909 Batting Pads the extra coverage serious batters want when they're facing genuine pace.

They're aimed at competitive club and First XI players who need substantial protection but still want a pad that lets them move freely down the wicket and between the wickets.

The durable PU leather facing sits over a traditional cotton-and-cane construction, with foam and fibre reinforcing the knee. Low-density foam bolsters create a snug fit and shock-absorbing comfort foam adds cushioning against impact. Two wide straps and one narrow strap secure the leg, while a mesh instep keeps the area underfoot lighter and more breathable. Approximate weight is 1.95kg per pair.
