When the ball climbs at you, the forearm can be one of the most exposed areas outside the gloves. The Aero P1 Forearm Protector is built for exactly that situation, giving serious batters elite-level protection without strapping a bulky traditional arm guard to the arm.

Rated by Aero for ball speeds up to 160kph, the P1 is made for high-level club, premier and representative cricketers facing genuine pace. Its close-fitting sleeve construction keeps the protector positioned from ball to ball while leaving the elbow and wrist free to work naturally through the backlift and shot.

The protective structure combines a thin hi-impact plastic layer with EVA 30 and EVA 70 foam, creating a layered barrier that manages a direct blow while keeping the guard relatively thin. Aero 3D moulds the protection to follow the shape of the forearm rather than sitting on it as a flat pad, improving both coverage and stability. The sleeve system also avoids the concentrated pressure points of conventional elastic straps, helping maintain circulation during a long innings. Moisture-wicking fabric manages sweat against the arm, while the closed-cell foam construction can be washed repeatedly.

Key Features:

  • Elite P1 protection rating for cricket ball speeds up to 160kph.
  • Hi-impact plastic layer adds a harder protective barrier against direct strikes from fast bowling.
  • EVA 30 and EVA 70 foam layers absorb and spread impact while keeping the protector light and close to the arm.
  • 3D-moulded profile follows the contours of the forearm for more consistent coverage as you bat.
  • Sleeve-style fit removes restrictive arm straps, helping the guard stay secure without creating circulation pressure points.
